Joshua Bartram
Owner
Joshua Bartram brings a rare combination of culinary expertise and front-of-house operational leadership, allowing him to effectively oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations. His ability to lead both the kitchen and service teams, identify and develop talent, and build strong vendor partnerships positions him as a well-rounded and highly effective operator.
Joshua studied Nutrition and Dietetics at Florida International University, providing a strong foundation in nutritional science to complement his culinary background. Over the past two decades, he has developed his expertise within high-end restaurants and hotels, including The Diplomat, The Gansevoort South, and Truluck’s. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for innovation, leadership, and operational excellence.
In recent years, Joshua has focused on HOA and private community dining operations, consistently delivering high levels of resident engagement, operational consistency, and strong financial performance. His approach emphasizes structured oversight, transparent communication with stakeholders, and a service-driven model designed to enhance the overall community experience. With a proven track record in compliance, efficiency, and team development, Joshua brings a disciplined and results-oriented approach to HOA food and beverage programs.
